I go here every morning. They get my order right every time. However, when the old guy manager is taking orders, he gets the wrong 9x out of 10.

Sunday afternoons between 4-6 there is ALWAYS a problem. i waited for an ice coffee for almost 7 minutes yesterday. When i got to the window, they even asked me again what my order was!!! It's like this every Sunday afternoon...something needs to change.
